We wanted to create a sauce that could do it all - two homemade chili oil infusions, mum's hot oil splash recipe, and a little black vinegar to bring it all together - not just good on dumplings but good on everything; eggs in the morning, salads, pizza by the slice, rice bowls, noodle stir fries, fancy canapes, you name it. Mix it with mayo/sour cream/yoghurt for endless possibilities. A sauce that can do it all is a ridiculously good sauce.
