We wanted to create a sauce that could do it all - two homemade chili oil infusions, mum's hot oil splash recipe, and a little black vinegar to bring it all together - not just good on dumplings but good on everything; eggs in the morning, salads, pizza by the slice, rice bowls, noodle stir fries, fancy canapes, the list goes on... mix it with mayonnaise, yoghurt, sour cream, whipped butter, the possibilities are endless because a sauce that can do it all is a ridiculously good sauce.
