Our preferred method - crispy bottoms

Remove dumpling pack from outer pouch.

Cooking appliance temperatures may vary, adjust accordingly.  

Pre-heat 1 tbsp neutral oil in a non-stick pan on medium-high heat.

Place individual dumplings bottom side down in pan. 

Sizzle for 60 seconds then add 1/2 cup water. 

Cover for 6-8 mins, remove lid, continue to fry uncovered until all the water has evaporated and bottoms are golden crispy. 

Remove dumplings from pan and allow to cool for 1 minute before serving.
