This dumpling pays homage to the infamous xioa long bao. Whilst we don't use any gelatin to create a soup, the magic is created by combining pork mince with a healthy fat content, Chinese napa cabbage and fresh ginger, resulting in a juicy flavour explosion that we know will be sure to leave your palate wanting more.
