Ridiculously Good Homemade Chili Oil

Every pack of dumplings include a portion of our ridiculously good homemade chili oil but there is no such thing as too much sauce, order more portions for your dumplings or to boost any dish. 

Classic aromatics - ginger and garlic, hot splashed with 200 degree celsius oil for a unique flavour release.

Our salt base is then combined with two homemade chili oil combinations - our spicy oil has notes of red onion, green onion, ginger, star anise, cardamom, bay leaves, and dried chili flakes, whilst our flavouring oil contains notes of cinnamon, garlic, gochugaru (Korean red chili) and Szechuan peppercorns, balanced with a dash of Chinkiang (black) vinegar to cut through the oil and spice. 

The initial spice is brought on by the dried chili flakes and then slowly transitions into a very subtle tingling spice brought on by the Szechuan peppercorns, leaving you with an aftertaste that we can only describe as, ridiculously good.
